North Sales Director Security Cybersecurity

• Complete tasks according to instructions to complete business goals as committed.
  
• Prepare and organize the implementation of the companys business plan and the sales departments annual/quarterly budget
  
• Organize the collection analysis evaluation of market information and make suggestions and recommendations
  
• Responsible to BOD for the business activities in Hanoi area
  
• Search for business opportunities based on potential customers ensuring the achievement of business goals and sales targets
  
• Coordinate with service implementation departments to understand customer needs and provide appropriate suggestions and solutions.
  
• Support and build marketing and branding activities for the company
  
• Build and develop business relationships
  
• Train evaluate motivate and set an example of the companys corporate culture to subordinate employees
  
• Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
  

Requirements

1. Education:

• University degree or higher majoring in: Economics Business Administration Marketing Commerce or other equivalent majors.
  

2. Expertise :

• Deep understanding about IT especially in the field of information security
  
• Have worked and have close relationships with industry partners: Banking Finance Government and large businesses.
  
• Extensive understanding of the market and competitors
  

3. Skills:

• Good communication skills dynamic and creative
  
• Relationship building skills
  
• Ability to create and implement business plans
  
• Management and leadership skills
  
• Able to withstand work pressure
  

4. Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in the field of IT service and business project
  
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
