Job Title: Canvassing Manager
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a growing roofing company with a focus on building out a highperforming doortodoor sales team. The company is known for delivering quality roofing solutions and has experienced significant sales success through its local canvassing efforts.
Position Overview:
The Canvassing Manager will lead a team of canvassers primarily focused on generating roofing sales appointments through doortodoor interactions. This role involves mapping out territories refining scripts reviewing performance data and coaching canvassers. The manager will also be responsible for interviewing and hiring future team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and map out canvassing territories to maximize efficiency and lead generation.
- Refine and optimize scripts and talk tracks used by canvassers.
- Review performance recordings analyze AI software feedback and provide coaching for canvassers.
- Conduct interviews and hire additional canvassing team members as needed.
- Ensure the team meets weekly targets for appointments generated.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in doortodoor sales or canvassing team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable feedback.
- Experience in interviewing and hiring canvassing team members.

- Experience in the roofing industry is a plus.
