INTRODUCTION

Aworld Vietnam a subsidiary of Aworld Korea is expanding its cosmetic trading operations in Southeast Asia. Originally focused on sourcing and integrating electronic components in Korea Aworld has ventured into beauty skincare and makeup products sourcing from South Korea and selling to clients across Europe and Southeast Asia. ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is created to support our expanding client base in Vietnam. As a Sales Executive you will manage client relationships assist in negotiations and help close deals. Your main focus will be establishing and maintaining relationships with Vietnamese buyers helping to ensure repeat orders and maximizing opportunities. You will work closely with the General Manager and support our growth in Southeast Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to significantly impact a young and growing company.

HIGHLIGHTS

Skills: Negotiation client management proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Competencies: Fast learner detailoriented adaptable and able to handle tasks independently.

Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and client management in a B2B environment experience in consumer goods or FMCG is a plus.

OBJECTIVES

  • Assist in closing sales negotiations with Vietnamese buyers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Maximize opportunities with existing buyers supporting the General Manager in identifying new opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and assist in closing deals.

  • Negotiate with Vietnamese buyers to ensure successful agreements.

  • Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships for repeat orders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in identifying new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with backoffice colleagues to ensure smooth sales operations.

REQUIREMENTS

MustHave:

  • 23 years of experience in sales client management or account management roles.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage clients independently.

NicetoHave:

  • Experience in the cosmetics or beauty care industry.

  • Experience in consumer goods FMCG or trading sectors.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Fast smart and detailoriented.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Open to learning from mistakes and growing from feedback.

DETAILS

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the General Manager.
Team Management: No team management responsibilities.
Compensation: Gross monthly salary betweenVND toVND.
Benefits: Potential for commission to be discussed during the interview.
Engagement Type: Fulltime.
Working Location: Thao Dien District 2 Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Time: Normal business hours Monday to Friday.
