Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers in need of generators for residential commercial or industrial use.
- Demonstrate and explain generator features benefits and pricing to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling site visits and networking.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries provide quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the team for improving sales strategies.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with generator products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Tamil and English (other languages are an added advantage).
- Twowheeler with License is mandatory.
