Job Overview:

We are currently on the lookout for a DutchSpeaking Marketing & Sales Representative to become part of our Berlin team. This role is perfect for a fluent Dutch speaker who has a passion for social media and digital marketing. You will be tasked with leading our marketing and sales initiatives in the Dutchspeaking market fostering client relationships and promoting our range of social media services.

In this position you will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft strategies generate leads and finalize sales ensuring our clients meet their digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients within the Dutchspeaking market assess their needs and present customized social media solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek leads through research networking and digital outreach tactics qualifying prospects to establish a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Development: Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients clearly articulating the value and advantages of our social media offerings.
  • Account Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients guaranteeing high customer satisfaction and fostering longterm collaborations.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate leads in the Dutchspeaking market.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and assess sales and marketing performance metrics providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing and localizing marketing materials and content for the Dutchspeaking market ensuring that messaging is consistent and culturally appropriate.
  • Market Analysis: Keep informed about industry trends competitor activities and market changes to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams including product development and customer support to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive business outcomes.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system for reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all marketing and sales activities adhere to local laws and regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level required.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and persuade clients.
  • Sales and Marketing Passion: A strong interest in sales and marketing particularly within the social media landscape.
  • CustomerFocused Approach: A solid dedication to understanding client needs and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Capability to excel in a fastpaced dynamic environment effectively managing multiple tasks and challenges with a positive outlook.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to interpret data and market insights for strategy development.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in using computer systems CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in sales marketing or social media is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Berlin is required for candidates currently living abroad with a relocation package available for eligible applicants.
  • OnSite Requirement: Candidates must be based in Berlin and able to work fully onsite in our lively office.
