Danish Speaking Content Moderator

We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated DanishSpeaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Qormi Malta. If you are fluent in Danish and passionate about maintaining the quality and safety of online platforms this role is perfect for you. Whether you have previous experience in content moderation or are new to the field we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring usergenerated content across various platforms ensuring that it adheres to company policies and community guidelines. Youll work in a hybrid model combining the flexibility of remote work (3 days a week) with the opportunity to collaborate onsite at our Qormi office for 2 days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review and Moderation: Monitor and evaluate usergenerated content including text images videos and other media to ensure compliance with community guidelines legal requirements and platform policies.
• Quality Assurance: Identify and flag inappropriate harmful or offensive content in accordance with the moderation policies.
• Uphold Community Standards: Help create a safe positive and welcoming online environment by enforcing the platforms standards and guidelines.
• Reporting & Escalation: Report recurring issues or trends related to content violations and escalate any complex or highpriority cases to senior management or legal teams when necessary.
• Adherence to KPIs: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as review accuracy speed and quality of moderation decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other moderators team leads and content policy experts to ensure the ongoing improvement and consistency of moderation efforts.
• Stay Informed: Keep updated with industry standards local regulations and platformspecific guidelines to apply the most current policies.

Who You Are:

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Danish with a good command of English.
• Strong Communicator: Able to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally to ensure smooth team collaboration.
• DetailOriented: Possess a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility in reviewing content ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
• Problem Solver: Capable of analyzing situations and making quick sound decisions regarding content that may violate platform guidelines.
• Resilience & Flexibility: Comfortable handling sensitive or distressing content while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• TechSavvy: Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies platforms and software tools.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous Experience in Content Moderation: While prior experience is an asset it is not mandatory. We provide full training to help you excel in this role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms online communities or content management systems is a plus.
