Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Service Cloud and Experience Cloud)
Location: Roseland NJ (Hybrid Model3 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Must Have: Service Cloud and experience Cloud
Good to have: Data Cloud Client 360 customer 360.
Summary of Key Skills/Attributes:
Salesforce expertise: Deep knowledge and handson experience with Salesforce CRM solutions particularly Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Datacloud/Client 360 features(Good to have but not must). The ideal candidate should be wellversed in Salesforce product strategy development design and rollout with a focus on user experience.
Communication and leadership skills: The ability to break down complex subject matters for nontechnical audiences clearly explain ideas create compelling arguments and deliver visual and verbal information for maximum impact. The candidate should inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging innovation and exploration.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect who can engage with business stakeholders negotiate and translate business needs into effective solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive solutions to address business problems while aligning with strategic goals. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be expected to liaise between the business and technical teams. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is mandatory.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Service Cloud to collaborate closely with our Product Owner. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing highquality scalable Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs and improve customer service operations. You will act as a technical expert guiding the product development team in leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud features while ensuring seamless alignment with the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that align with the business strategy ensuring scalability security and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner: Work directly with the Product Owner to translate business needs user stories and product requirements into technical solutions that drive value for the business.
  • EndtoEnd Implementation: Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations from initial design and configuration to deployment and support.
  • Customization & Configuration: Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud features such as case management omnichannel routing knowledge base and automation tools.
  • System Integration: Design and manage integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other enterprise systems such as ERP telephony and external CRM systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the development team ensuring adherence to architectural standards code quality and Salesforce best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Product Owner technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment of solutions with business objectives.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance data security and privacy standards including adherence to GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Service Cloud releases features and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Documentation & Training: Produce comprehensive technical documentation and provide training and support to internal teams ensuring effective use and understanding of Salesforce tools.
