Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned TechnoFunctional Solution Architect with 12 years of experience to drive the design development and implementation of cuttingedge solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise functional business acumen and exceptional communication skills to engage with business stakeholders and deliver impactful solutions.
This role requires deep knowledge of IoT solutions enterprise system integrations ERP systems (SAP Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) and API management.
Experience in the travel and logistics domain is a must along with proficiency in data platforms migrations and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Design:
- Develop and implement scalable secure and costefficient solution architectures for enterprise systems ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design of IoTenabled solutions for realtime data collection processing and actionable insights.
- Architect and manage API integration strategies to streamline enterprise system communications.
- Enterprise System Integrations: Design and implement integrations between ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications systems and platforms.
- Drive enterprisewide data governance ensuring compliance security and data quality across all integrated systems.
Data Platforms and Analytics:
- Provide strategic direction for data platform architectures data migrations and data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet analytical and operational reporting needs.
- Oversee data security and compliance strategies to safeguard sensitive business information.
Cost Management and Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize system architecture to reduce costs while maintaining performance and scalability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost efficiencies in cloud solutions and integrations.
Business Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders translating complex technical requirements into businessaligned solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on solution designs.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Mentor technical teams on best practices for application integration data governance and IoT implementation.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
Key Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of IoT solutions including realtime data collection and processing.
- Strong experience with ERP systems particularly SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proficiency in API management and enterprise system integrations.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data security practices.
- Familiarity with data platforms data migrations and data warehousing.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cost optimization strategies.
Domain Knowledge:
- Extensive experience in the travel and logistics domain with an understanding of its operational and business challenges.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with a focus on business impact.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SAP Dynamics 365 IoT or data governance are highly desirable.
- Preferred Experience 12 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on IoT ERP systems and enterprise integrations.
- Proven track record of delivering largescale projects in the travel and logistics industry.
- Handson experience in data migration and governance projects.
- Demonstrated ability to drive costefficient solutions while meeting business needs.
