REQUIRED:
- Technical Program Manager with EXCELLENT (910 of 10) communications.
- MUST have experience in retail.
- 8 or more years of equivalent experience in Management Consulting / Complex IT Portfolio Management IT Strategy & Transformation or relevant job or field of technology.
- 5 or more years of equivalent experience in an advanced role or technical capacity leading teams directly or indirectly 5 or more years experience directly responsible for guiding training or onboarding team members in relevant technologies capabilities or skills.
- Proven experience overseeing developing and implementing transformation programs and projects.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Competency in project management tools.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Deep knowledge of project management principles and risk management.
