Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Service Engineer with specialized experience in firefighting and suppression systems particularly with expertise in Honeywell devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation testing commissioning and maintenance of various fire and security systems. They will exhibit strong leadership qualities to independently supervise testing activities while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely project completion. This role demands excellent communication skills technical proficiency and a commitment to upholding national and international standards.

Job Description:

Perform installation testing and commissioning of fire alarm field devices focusing on Honeywell devices.

Conduct Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for fire and security systems troubleshooting system abnormalities and failures as they arise.

Prepare comprehensive root cause analyses for system shutdowns.

Supervise weekly checks and servicing of fire alarm panels CCTV and access control systems. Having certification of fire alarm control panel of reputed brands will be added advantage.

Manage the installation of GI containments field devices and control panels for fire alarm systems.

Generate daily monthly and annual maintenance reports and requisition spare parts as necessary.

Prepare documentation certification operation and maintenance manuals along with drawings and zonecharts.

Install fire alarm systems and modifications in compliance with standards manufacturer guidance and legislation.

Conduct onsite and offline commissioning of IBMS systems including HoneywellNotifier fire alarm CCTV access control and building management systems. 2 Confidential

Independently oversee testing activities of system integrators and electrical contractors.

Coordinate with site and factory teams to ensure project completion meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications:

Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering / Firefighting / automation.

23 years of experience in testing and commissioning at sites specifically in the firefighting and suppression industry.

Proficiency in national and international standards and their application.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in the public or reputed private sector is preferred.

Willingness to travel throughout India for site assignments.

Total Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 23 years of relevant engineering service industry experience. Applications from candidates exceeding this experience range will not be considered.

Job Type and Location: This is a fulltime offsite position requiring candidates to work on site the role entails travel to various locations across India as per project requirements
