Job Description

Position: Sales Executive Consultant

Experience: 02 years

Department: Sales and Consulting

Reports to: Senior Sales Consultant/Sales Manager

Role Review:

As a Sales Executive for 8218 my role involves generating and converting leads managing chent relationships and driving the sales process for BOS and marketplace products. I will be responsible for identifying potential business oppurtunities conducting market research and ensuring that sales targets are met. Additionally I will play a key role in payment collection market analysis and maintaining seamless communication with clients and crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales:

Cold calling and generating sales through mobile calling WhatsApp broadcasting and social media posting

Identify and proactively contact potential customers to present Adani panels (Bifacial and TOPCon Modules).

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned targets.

Generate leads nurture them and convert them into sales opportunities.

Handle customer inquiries provide product information and follow through on sales leads.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain longterm relationships with both existing and potential cients

Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Manage client concerns providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends to better serve client requirements.

3. Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to losing deals including

negotiating prices terms and conditions.

Prepare and deliver sales PIs and quotations to clients

Ensure timely followups on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates

Keep accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions.

4. Product & Payment Handling:

Request allocation of Adani modules.

Follow up on payments and handle payment collection.

Ensure timely panel availability confirmation delivery and other logistics with the Adani sales representative.

Update various sheets like Adani sheets Marketplace and pricelists.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities

Analyze competitor products pricing and strategies to position Adani as a preferred supplier.

6. Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as marketing operations accounting.

and customer support to ensure smooth client experiences.

Coordinate with the Adani sales representative for panel availability and logistics (Mr. Kevin Mistry).

7. Sales Reporting:

Provide timely feedback and insights to management regarding sales performance and market trends.

8. Customer Service & Support:

Ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process addressing customer

inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Collaborate with customer support teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.

9. Administrative Duties:

Prepare SOs (Sales Orders) and make payments to Mundra.

Provide DCR (Daily Cover Report) certificates to dients after module sales

Qualifications:

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Experience or a strong interest in the solar energy industry is priferred.

Knowledge of renewable energy systems and sales processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Renewable Energy of a related field.
