Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Lead mentor and develop the SME Business Banking team to achieve operational excellence and business goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the SME customer segment identifying market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Oversee the establishment and management of relationships with new and existing customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and evaluate the teams sales performance implementing measures to achieve sales targets and enhance portfolio quality.
- Ensure effective credit risk management within the team coordinating with the Risk Management Division for customer appraisals and postloan management.
- Ensure the team adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Work closely with other divisions (CIBG RBG Risk Management etc.) to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and strategic recommendations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the USME Director to support business objectives.
Requirements
University degree in Economics Finance Banking Business Administration Accounting or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and relationship management with a focus on business banking.
Proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and banking regulations.
Proficient in English with a minimum TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent.
