Role Description
This is a fulltime role for a Hebrew support specialist. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be required to communicate in Hebrew via phone email and chat and document customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Hebrew
- Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide efficient solutions multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic fastpaced and changing environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player adaptable and flexible
- Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus
