We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Lisbon Office!
Key Responsibilities:
Collect the recruitment needs of the hotel units and monitor the process in coordination with the Recruitment team;
Provide support and guidance to managers in HR processes such as conflict management restructuring and labor law issues;
Coordinate with the legal department and hotel management all legal procedures/processes within the scope of people management throughout the entire lifecycle of employees;
Assist in solving daily problems in the hotel units;
Ensure the collection and validation of the data necessary for payroll processing together with the Payroll team and review the final version of payslips;
Manage attendance and monitor presence absence and hour bank balances;
Support the management of Occupational Health;
Prepare monthly HR metrics;
Create purchase orders and prepare the respective distribution maps by cost centers;
Support the administrative management of all HR processes;
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR functions preferably in growing contexts;
Flexible and adaptable profile with the ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to practical and operational situations on a daily basis;
Experience with the ERP Primavera and the attendance management software Innux will be preferred factors;
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills promoting collaboration within different areas and teams;
Ability to adjust to evolving processes and maintain focus on essential administrative tasks.
