We are hiring Quality Control Engineer for Transformer Tank Fabrication Unit for our client based in Vadodara Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection Checkpoints: Define and establish checkpoints for various stages of
inspection ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards
throughout the production process.
- Guidance for Rectification: Guide the team in making necessary corrections during
the inspection stages to address any quality discrepancies.
- Material Certification: Ensure the availability of test certificates (TC) for all raw
materials dimensions of boughtout items and ensure the overall product quality
meets the set requirements.
- Internal Inspection: Conduct internal inspections of tanks and other products
ensuring all dimensions and NonDestructive Testing (NDT) results align with
customer expectations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed dimension and NDT inspection
reports in line with customer requirements. Ensure that all necessary reports and
documentation are ready for customer review.
- Customer Inspection: Offer tanks and other products for inspection by the
customer ensuring all necessary materials test certificates and reports are readily
available at the time of inspection.
- Painting & Dispatch Quality: Ensure that the painting quality adheres to customer
specifications. Oversee the dispatch process to confirm that the final product meets
all quality criteria before shipment.
- Dispatch Reports: Prepare and maintain all dispatchrelated quality reports and
documentation.
- Workforce Training: Provide training to workmen to improve their understanding of
quality standards and enhance the overall product quality.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality control processes NDT methods and dimensional
accuracy.
- Familiarity with material certifications and quality assurance documentation.
- Ability to guide and train teams to achieve higher quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage inspections and
customer interactions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality levels
throughout production.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in integrating or implementing Mambu, specifically focusing on Savings products. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex integration projects in the financial services sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as.Net, Python, or Node.js. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Hands-on experience with Mambu APIs and customization of Mambu s core banking modules. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products, particularly Savings, and how they are structured and managed within Mambu. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
