We are hiring Production Engineer for Transformer Tank Fabrication unit for our client based in Vadodara Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Work Allocation: Prepare daily production plans and
allocate tasks to contractors and workmen to ensure smooth workflow and
adherence to deadlines.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly review production progress in line with customer
delivery dates and drive contractor teams to meet completion targets on time.
- Material Management: Ensure timely availability of input materials required for
fabrication and work closely with subcontractors to resolve any materialrelated
queries.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical assistance by understanding engineering
drawings and guiding contractors and manpower to ensure accurate and efficient
work completion.
- Quality Control: Define and implement quality check stages ensuring dimensional
accuracy during the fitup stage. Ensure all quality standards are met throughout the
production process.
- Inspection Readiness: Ensure the product is ready for inspection as per the
provided schedule and meet all inspection criteria.
- Paint Management: Coordinate with the painting team to ensure timely availability of
paint and share painting requirements for onschedule completion.
- Dispatch Coordination: Arrange the timely dispatch of materials once production
and finishing tasks are complete.
- Shop Floor Safety & Discipline: Maintain shop discipline and ensure adherence to
all safety protocols ensuring proper usage of consumables tools and machinery.
- Efficiency & Cost Control: Ensure the efficient use of machinery and resources to
minimize waste and control costs.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of production processes fabrication techniques and
engineering drawings.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with contractors teams and suppliers.
- A commitment to maintaining quality standards and ensuring safety protocols are
followed.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in integrating or implementing Mambu, specifically focusing on Savings products. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex integration projects in the financial services sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as.Net, Python, or Node.js. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Hands-on experience with Mambu APIs and customization of Mambu s core banking modules. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products, particularly Savings, and how they are structured and managed within Mambu. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
