Role Overview:
As a Unit Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and 25 Customer Care Associates focused on outbound sales including Insurance Deposits and CASA Sales. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales productivity ensuring compliance and maintaining high customer satisfaction (ESQ) during every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and manage Team Leaders and their teams of outbound sales associates ensuring daily sales targets are met.
- Sales Growth: Drive and motivate the team to push sales across insurance products deposits and CASA ensuring continuous revenue growth.
- Compliance Management: Regularly review sales processes and operations to ensure adherence to all compliance standards and regulations.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously track team performance identify gaps and implement strategies to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service during every interaction with an emphasis on ESQ.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in English Hindi and one regional language (Kannada Tamil Odia or Malayalam) to effectively manage diverse teams and customer segments.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Graduate in any field.
- Experience: Proven track record of 57 years as a Unit Manager or Team Lead in outbound sales and a total of 810 years in sales.
- Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
