Ensure compliance with food safety standards conduct internal audits and collaborate with regulatory bodies customers and suppliers.
Develop and implement quality policies lead external and internal audits and resolve qualityrelated issues.
Test research and develop new products ingredients and processes to improve flavor texture and nutritional value.
Analyze product data prepare quality reports and implement corrective actions for nonconformances.
Train employees on quality standards ensuring effective knowledge transfer and troubleshooting quality problems.
Ensure accurate specification and management of raw materials aligning with company and safety standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field.
10 years in dairy/milk food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 22000 ISO 9001 HACCP HALAL GMP MESTI).
Excellent communication skills and passion for food safety & quality.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in quality issues.
Ability to manage food safety standards and regulatory compliance for both local and overseas markets.
Experience in conducting audits and resolving qualityrelated problems.
