Job Description
- Ensure a comprehensive approach to sales activities including prospecting delivering sales presentations closing deals managing sales administration and providing aftersales support.
- Oversee the daily sales operations at the sales gallery.
- Adopt a proactive role in shaping detailed marketing strategies and strategic sales programs for targeted market segments collaborating with both internal and external sales teams.
- Effectively apply sales and marketing strategies to successfully achieve the company s sales targets.
- Conduct regular followups and build strong relationships with both potential and current buyers.
- Consistently analyze market trends related to residential properties and consumer preferences while also conducting analyses of competitors and the industry.
- Support the preparation and evaluation of weekly sales and progress reports.
- Successfully implement best practices policies and procedures to improve overall sales performance.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales is preferable within the property sector.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Mandarin and local dialects is a plus.
- Excellent communication networking and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a variety of individuals and stakeholders at all levels.
- Energetic goaloriented confident and a collaborative team player.

Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in the consulting and property development industry is highly advantageous. Experience in high-rise mixed-use developments, residential properties, and township projects. Possess a strong sense of design and creativity, along with a keen attention to detail. Exhibit a positive attitude and personality, along with strong organizational, creative, and practical skills to facilitate learning and growth within the company. Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Proficiency in Revit, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Enscape, and SketchUp. A team player who is willing to travel for coordination and site meetings. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
