As a Field Sales Manager at PlasticFri you will be responsible for leading and expanding our field sales efforts focusing on canvassing and building relationships with businesses like cafs restaurants and retailers. You will manage a team take on staff responsibilities and drive sales growth through direct inperson visits as well as telephone outreach. This role requires strong leadership skills and a handson approach to growing our customer base.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the field sales team: Oversee and motivate a team of field sales representatives ensuring they meet targets and stay focused on our mission.
Canvassing sales: Actively visit local businesses (cafs shops etc.) to present PlasticFris sustainable products and secure sales.
Telephone sales: Conduct phone outreach to engage potential clients and build longterm relationships.
Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals that align with both their needs and company goals.
Build and maintain customer relationships: Nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Travel for sales: Be willing to travel frequently to support your team and engage customers across different regions.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with Business Development Marketing and other teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
The ideal candidate:
Strong experience in field sales with a track record of success in canvassing and building B2B relationships.
Proven leadership experience managing and motivating sales teams.
A strong ability to close deals both inperson and over the phone.
Passion for sustainability and reducing plastic pollution.
Willingness to travel as needed to support field sales efforts.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
