Role: Partner Engagement Coordinator.
Working hours: Flexible – 40 hrs. per week.
We are seeking a dedicated
Partner Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our partners focusing on our professional and accredited services in move management logistics and corporate storage.
Reponsibilities: - Attend training sessions and meetings to learn about the assigned account.
- Track all product (furniture) for our account until it is received by the partner warehouses and gather supporting documentation (receivers packing slips etc.)
- Upload all relevant documentation into our existing infrastructure.
- Ensure the partner warehouse has all relevant job information and request partner availability.
- Document all communications with partners (other national logistics company in our network) (calls emails etc.) and record all notes/information about the opportunity.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the Customer Engagement Coordinators.
- Be a good representative of the company by being professional friendly and polite through all communications with partners customers and coworkers.
- Respond expeditiously to incoming partner inquiries the sales team and Steinway operations team.
- Coordinate all services pertinent to the successful completion of the project.
- Deliver a superior customer experience.
Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Positive attitude and enjoys communicating with people.
- Enjoys learning and finding creative solutions.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Experience in commercial moving logistics or transportation industry (a plus but not required)
- Customer service.
- Computer savvy – fluent in using a web browsers and applications.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
