Job Description

They are a Swiss leader in collaboration with FinTechs and the field of Open Banking regularly contributing to the latest innovations in the market.
Are you pionate about providing excellent customer support Do you want to contribute to the smooth operation of a core banking system If so become part of the team and help shape the future of their core banking system.
Your Tasks:
- Supporting customers with inquiries and configuring their requirements
- Creating reports and yses using SQL and performing monthly and annual financial closings
- Performing technical ysis and troubleing in collaboration with the development team
- Participating in projects expert groups and release testing
What You Bring:
- Strong sense of responsibility flexibility and a teamplayer mindset
- Experience as an Application Manager preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Solid SQL knowledge or the willingness to acquire it independently
- Willingness to take on responsibility including planned work outside of regular office hours
- Excellent problemsolving persistence and ytical ss
- Enjoyment of languages (D/E/F advantageous)
