Job Description

This is a remote position.

Sales Manager North America


Our client is a wellestablished industryleading manufacturer in the window and door sector with a strong focus on sustainability and energyefficient solutions. The company has been recognized for its innovative manufacturing techniques and commitment to ecofriendly building practices playing a key role in green building projects across the globe.

With significant revenue growth and an expanding international footprint particularly in North America the company is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead its market expansion efforts build a robust dealer network and drive sales in key U.S. and Canadian markets.


Location: Remote with priority given to candidates based in Tier 1 cities:

  • New York (East Coast) Los Angeles (West Coast) Toronto (Canada)

Other key cities (Tier 2):

  • Seattle San Francisco San Jose

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand local standards customer needs and trends in the window and door industry.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase market share in North America.
  • Recruit onboard and manage local dealers to establish a strong distribution network.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the region.
  • Identify and engage potential clients follow up on leads and ensure the successful closing of sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and handle any customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to represent the company and expand business opportunities




Requirements

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (required)

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales business development or marketing preferably within the building materials or construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience working in the North American market with a strong understanding of local business practices and market regulations.
  • Proven success in establishing and managing dealer networks or channel sales in a crosscultural environment.
  • Experience working in a global or crosscultural team environment with the ability to adapt and thrive in a multicultural setting.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the building materials industry including trends technological innovations and the competitive landscape in the window and door sectors.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and maintain longterm professional relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to a diverse audience.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills to quickly address challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Networking: Wellconnected within the industry with an established network of business contacts in the region.
  • International Perspective: A global mindset able to integrate local market insights with broader business strategies.

Travel:
Occasional travel may be required within North America and to company headquarters overseas.
