Are you a selfmotivated extroverted individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for speaking to customers and even closing some deals If so Future Remodeling is seeking Call Center Representatives to join our growing team of appointment setters!. In this role you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our sales efforts. As a key member of our Customer Success team you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving company growth. This is a role which offers training development growth potential and a team culture of friendly competition and celebrating successes!
Handle inbound customer calls professionally addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our services
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers introducing our products and services
Meet weekly and monthly quotas for call volume and sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Escalate complex issues to the Call Center Manager when necessary
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor even in challenging customer interactions
03 Years experience in customer service call centers or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly developed social skills enjoys interpersonal communication and speaks clearly and with poise.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
Resilience and the ability to maintain composure in highpressure situations
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Relentless at perfecting your craft always willing to learn and develop new skills.
Capacity to persevere through rejection and derive valuable lessons from it.
Desire to grow and become a better leader and person.
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and goaloriented.
It s a plus if you have:
Previous experience in a call center customer service or sales role (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with CRM software
Experience in the home remodeling industry (a plus but not required)
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
