Position Overview:
We are looking for a fulltime Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in generating leads and creating new business opportunities. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with both inoffice and remote work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through effective cold calling strategies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and uptodate client information.
- Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience specifically in Accounting & Finance or Insurance sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
