We have the #1 vaporizer lineup in the state 2 gram disposables (only one in the state with anticlog airflow 20k sold and ZERO clogs) 2 gram cartridges (also major airflow) and Buzzbox battery and the hottest disposable in the state the Triple Threat with 2.25 grams and 3 tanks they can rotate between for maximum variety and wellness throughout the day. We have 19 skus in this lineup and were expanding to 46 skus to include Live Reserve Live Rosin Blend Cannadelica and Diet Live Rosin.
We also sell Green Burritos (our name for infused prerolls) RSO syringes (the most true medical product) and will release capsules soon across mmj and hemp sectors.
We have unique and appealing products that make every dispensary in your territory a realistic opportunity. Our top salesperson makes $900/week selling just retail and bulk distillate liters. As one of the biggest bulk ingredient suppliers in Oklahoma we produce our own distillate and RSO.
Were adjusting our sales teams focus to less store visits (very costly) and more to as much over the phone/zoom call/texts/emails as possible. Supporting you with mass text/email marketing programs with your prospects/customers permission and personalized landing pages with explainer videos on our website is the focus.
Sales reps that do best: motivated and personable people that have a cannabis background and prior success selling/maintaining relationships over the phone/email. What we DONT WANT is someone that insists that they have to visit every store. That every store needs a sample. Theres 800 in your territory if you visit 30 stores a week how can you possibly connect and work your whole territory The average order is $600 and they buy every 3 weeks. They cant buy enough for you to make a living selling to 5 different stores a week that purchase $600 which would only be $300/week for you. We need someone that can smartly work an 800 store territory using technology with a personal touch.
HOURLY OR PAY PER EFFORT
Onsite pay: $15/hour
Offsite pay: $ per phone call or store visit depending on your sales level (We have different levels and the more success you have the more you make per phone call or store visit that you do.)
COMMISSION
1) 10% commission on retail products (to OMMA licensed dispensaries)
2) 5% commission on bulk liters (distillate ws liquid ws powder RSO)
3) 1% commission on our side of the split on farmer network deals (turning biomass to distillate)
4) 10% commission on hemp derived/CBD products retail products
