Job Overview:
The Parabroker will support the mortgage broker by assisting with key aspects of the loan process. This includes gathering comprehensive information from clients researching potential lenders and identifying suitable solutions or workarounds to address any challenges. The role involves preparing and lodging loan applications ensuring all documentation is accurate and liaising with lenders to track the status of applications. The Parabroker will also provide ongoing followup to ensure timely processing and approval of loans while maintaining clear communication with both clients and brokers to ensure a seamless and efficient process. This position is ideal for someone who is detailoriented proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Job Description:
Client Information Gathering
- Collect and verify all necessary financial and personal information from clients to complete mortgage applications.
- Guide clients in understanding the required documentation and ensure that all forms are filled out accurately and completely.
Lender Research:
- Research and identify potential lenders and loan products that best suit the client s needs and financial situation
- Keep uptodate with current lender policies interest rates and mortgage products to provide the broker with accurate recommendations.
- Present potential lenders to the broker for consideration based on client requirements and financial profiles.
Providing Workarounds:
- Assist the broker by identifying possible solutions for complex scenarios such as credit issues or income discrepancies to improve the likelihood of loan approval.
- Work with the broker to craft strategic loan structures or recommend alternate lending options when necessary.
Loan Lodgement:
- Prepare and submit complete loan applications to the appropriate lenders ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets lender requirements.
- Confirm receipt of loan applications by lenders and ensure timely processing.
FollowUp and Status Tracking:
- Proactively follow up with lenders to monitor the status of loan applications and resolve any issues that arise during the approval process.
- Provide regular updates to clients and the broker ensuring everyone is informed of the progress of applications.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications applications and relevant documents in the CRM or system.
- Assist with managing the broker s schedule including setting up client meetings or calls.
- Perform any other administrative tasks required to ensure the efficiency of the mortgage broking process.
Requirements
- 5 Years of relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and professionally.
- Ability to draft clear and concise emails reports and client communications.
- Experience in gathering comprehensive client information for mortgage applications ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Ability to explain the loan application process and assist clients in providing necessary documents.
- High attention to detail when processing client applications verifying information and handling documentation.
- Capable of researching lenders and mortgage products to recommend the best options for clients.
- Experience using CRM systems Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) or other relevant software to manage data and client records.
