Job Overview:
As an Australian Membership Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and coordinating membership processes for our Australian Pharmacy professionals. You will work closely with the Member Services Team Lead to ensure smooth operations related to member registration renewals and membership conversions. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures will be key in maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service to our members.
Job Description:
- Verify the professional registration of new members using the AHPRA agencys database.
- Complete the signup process for new members joining the Premium Access Program (corporate membership).
- Apply the processes to convert student and intern members to feepaying members.
- Send renewal reminders and process cancellations for Australian Pharmacy Formulary (APF) and Self Care digital subscriptions.
- Handle renewals for complimentary members.
- Process returned Australian Pharmacists journals.
- Using a report from the team lead move nonpaying members into grace period.
- Using a report from the team lead process former members expired members and members in the grace period.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Member Services Team Lead.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years plus relevant experience
- Attention to Detail: ability to accurately verify registrations and handle member profiles without errors. Proficiency in inputting and maintaining accurate member data in Salesforce
- Communication Skills: strong written and verbal communication skills for effective email correspondence with the team members and customers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organised records especially for renewals and member transitions.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with members to address enquiries or concerns.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret reports and data to make informed decisions about member status and actions.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Capability to handle issues that may arise during the member registration or renewal processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity Salesforce to manage member information effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines especially during member signups through the Premium Access Program conversion activities and renewal periods.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work closely with the Member Services Team Lead and other team members to achieve goals.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to take on additional tasks or adjust processes as needed.
