Position Purpose:
As a Social Media Ads Specialist you will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and others. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness drive traffic and generate leads through strategic ad placements and targeted audience engagement.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Social Media Ads Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media ad strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns designed to drive traffic and increase qualified leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results and achieve targeted growth metrics.
- Oversee and manage various lead generation campaigns across digital platforms. Analyze campaign data and traffic patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Design write and manage compelling ad creatives including text images videos and interactive content.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on various social media platforms including budget allocation and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clickthrough rates conversion rates and costperclick.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement.
- Use datadriven insights to refine and improve future ad campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives copy and targeting to determine the most effective strategies.
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends best practices and algorithm changes in social media advertising.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required to support departmental and organizational goals ensuring flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in social media ad platforms including Facebook Ads Manager Instagram Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Twitter Ads etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Facebook Analytics and others.
- Excellent communication and creative skills with the ability to write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Uptodate knowledge of social media trends best practices and platform algorithms.
- Certifications in social media advertising (e.g. Facebook Blueprint Google Ads) are a plus.

Position Title: Project Manager Timings: 4:00pm - 1:00am Department: Software Engineering Location: Ikonic, Plot # 349 St 1, I-10/3 Islamabad, 44000 We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. He/She will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager. Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering solid, modular code for current assignment. Responsible for code review of junior, intermediate and senior team members, advises and provides feedback to management on individual team performance at each review cycle. In coordination with Sales, participates in client calls for discovery when necessary for custom technical projects. Assists in providing estimates for custom development projects. Keeps an eye on technology trends and workflow best practices to ensure build process and toolkit keeps pace with broader industry, Investigate and develop skills in new technologies. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with the creative team, project management and client stakeholders. Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software team leads. Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance. Assembling and leading the project team. Participating in and supervising each stage of the project. Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines. Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible. Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion. Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information. Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance. Requirements: Experience in a scrum master role. Familiarity with software development. Proven experience in influencing and facilitating Key discussions. Ability to work on determining design approach and capability of making estimation and planning. Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements. Capable of creating functional designs and interpreting technical designs. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, prioritization). Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP etc.). Excellent communication. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. Scrum master certification is a plus.
