Job Description

Our services include endtoend claims management digital assessments fraud detection and analytics to help insurers reduce costs improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
The Claims Operation will manage/provide support to ensure efficient claim operations in the organization.
Tasks
- Manage daily operations including task assignment and email correspondence.
- Handle and negotiate settlement with external parties.
- Manage and create data in spreadsheets and reports/presentation.
- Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals.
- Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters.
- Perform adhoc duties assigned when required.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of motor insurance claims & operations.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to communicate and handle settlement negotiation.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written (English & Mandarin preferred).
- Able to communicate in Cantonese & Mandarin preferred.
