Job Description
Urgently seeking a Growth Hacker with Lean Startup expertise. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the Swiss art and artifacts vertical preferably with a proven track record in streamlining production and driving strategic growth as well as a strong business network in India Dubai and South East Asia.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile product development in Switzerland.
- Developing marketing and sales strategies for art objects and artifacts with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Asia Liaison ensuring successful expansion into markets in India the Middle East (Dubai) and SouthEast Asia (Singapore).
- Lean management of logistics including insurance international shipping and customs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferably with a Masters in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of handson experience as a Growth Hacker preferably in the art and handicrafts vertical with experience in real world digital marketing.
- Demonstrated Growth Hacking experience particularly in startups with expertise in leveraging stateoftheart technology.
- A strong grasp of both Swiss and Indian business culture.
- Fluency in English written and spoken; Hindi written and spoken; basic spoken German; basic knowledge of Arabic and any other language will be an advantage.
- Only Swiss or EFTA citizens or individuals with Swiss Aufenthaltsbewilligung B or C with a valid work permit need apply.
