Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Manage the endtoend mobile communication project including planning stakeholder coordination risk assessments and translating client requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead change management efforts for smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Implement quality assurance mechanisms monitor risks and apply mitigation strategies to meet quality and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct regular progress and status reporting while addressing project deviations.
- Lead and support a project team of 515 members providing guidance motivation and conflict resolution.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Project management certification (e.g. IPMA B CAS or equivalent).
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English.
- Strong independence selfinitiative and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in leading project teams (515 members).
- Knowledge of mobile communication technologies and digital transformation projects.
- Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication.
- Analytical skills to evaluate risks costs and project feasibility.
