This is a remote position.

Fulltime (40 hours a week)
MondayFriday 11 am8 pm EST with onehour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)



Job Description

As a Real Estate Appointment Setter you ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. Your role is pivotal in connecting potential clients with our expert agents setting the stage for successful property transactions. Utilizing stateoftheart CRM and dialer systems you ll engage in highvolume outreach turning cold leads into warm prospects and qualified appointments. This position offers a unique blend of sales customer service and real estate industry exposure providing an excellent springboard for a rewarding career in the property sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic highvolume cold calling campaigns to potential real estate clients
  • Sfully navigate conversations to set qualified appointments for our agents
  • Master the art of objection handling to maximize appointmentsetting success
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions within our CRM system
  • Hit and exceed daily weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments
  • Collaborate closely with agents to understand their preferences and optimize appointment quality
  • Adapt quickly to evolving scripts and strategies to enhance effectiveness
  • Potential to earn performancebased bonuses tied to successful appointments and listings

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish your bilingual ss are crucial for our diverse client base
  • Prior cold calling experience preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer software (Mojo Dialer experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication ss and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Selfmotivated with strong time management abilities
  • Resilience and positivity in a fastpaced highvolume calling environment
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining a consistent professional work ethic
  • Ability to think on your feet and tailor your approach to different client personalities
  • Pion for real estate and eagerness to contribute to a growing business
