Job Description
MasterTech is on the search for experienced Shop Manager (310T or 421A) in Hamilton ON.
The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday maintenance operations of a large fleet of diesel heavy equipment and diesel trucks. This includes managing training and hiring Mechanics isting in maintenance activity when needed ordering parts scheduling work reducing downtime etc.
Compensation:
- $100K/year salary to start.
- Comprehensive benefits plan including medical dental vision life insurance etc. paid time off.
- RRSP matching program.
Shift:
- 7:00AM 4:00PM Monday to Friday.
Key Qualifications:
- 310T or 421A license.
- 5 years of experience working on diesel trucks and/or heavy equipment.
- Experience in a leadership role such as Lead Hand Shop Manager Shop Foreman Service Manager Operations Manager etc.
- Strong organizational ss.
