Job Description

At Rainbow Restoration we specialize in transforming spaces and restoring properties to their former glory. Our dedicated team is pionate about delivering exceptional service and quality results to our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration projects excellent communication ss and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish.

Develop project plans timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare project reports.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry.

Strong leadership and team management ss.

Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal ss.

Relevant certifications are a plus.
