Job Description
Attend to customer enquiries and complaints including onsite calls
Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
uage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
Provide guidance and technical istance to service teams and subcontractors on service ignments testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to subcontractors
Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service valuechain businesses
Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department.
Job Requirements.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in airconditioning chiller ACMV or HVAC systems
Resourceful with good ytical and interpersonal ss
Strong communication ss
Good team player with ability to lead and multitask
Possess Cl 3 driving license will be an added advantage
