Responsibilities:
As an HR Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies while also acting as a strategic partner to the management team. Together with the HR Officer you will ensure a seamless Employee Journey from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Taking the lead on initiatives related to employee engagement recruitment selection training performance management and organizational design.
- Monitoring and adapting HR policies in line with legal requirements and ensuring they fit the company s strategic goals.
- Providing strategic advice on HR policies and processes ensuring they are aligned with the company s objectives.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all employees on operational and personal HR matters alongside the HR Officer.
- Handling personnel and payroll administration tasks including maintaining the employee directory and ensuring the accuracy of records.
Requirements
Bachelors degree (or higher) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role at the Medior/Senior level.
Strong organizational interpersonal and strategic thinking ss.
Ability to work independently and maintain a customeroriented approach.
Experience with HR software particularly AFAS is considered a plus.
