What you will be doing:
- Lead the design and implementation of products and policies ensuring smooth setup and functionality.
- Collaborate with customer success managers and developers on both new and ongoing projects.
- Define test cases and oversee testing to verify product setup and ensure everything works as expected.
- Understand and communicate functional capabilities to relevant teams with a highlevel grasp of supporting code.
- Take charge of configuration tasks ensuring any changes align with business needs and processes.
- Identify gaps in current offerings propose new business solutions and contribute to product improvements.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends regulations and best practices to drive innovation and future development.
- Provide training and support to teams working closely with stakeholders and external partners like auditors and actuaries.
What you need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- 5 years experience in a similar role composing requirement specifications for information systems.
- Knowledge of the development lifecycle including experience with testing and training.
- Familiarity with UML terminology especially usecases and activity diagrams.
- Experience in interacting directly with clients.
