    You will lead the growth support business for a wide range of brands including national clients and private brands as a manager or candidate for department head.

    In our brand commerce business we develop marketing strategies from two perspectives: branding and sales volume enhancement and implement PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct) through practice. We offer various means of attracting traffic to ecommerce sites including digital advertising such as display and listing ads as well as PR SNS management and influencer initiatives allowing you to aim for brand growth with flexible thinking.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify clients business challenges and marketing requirements translating functional requirements into specifications.
    • Provide consulting and integration to optimize conversions across the entire digital domain not limited to ecommerce to promote business growth.
    • Consulting for inhouse ecommerce and external ecommerce platforms.
    • Strategic consulting.
    • Search engine optimization and advertising strategies.
    • Page optimization (LPO).
    • Management of advertisements within ecommerce malls.
    • Creative planning and direction.
    • Provide comprehensive web/system/digital solutions that contribute to clients businesses.
    • Project management.
    • Organizational development and management as well as business development.

Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in ysis planning proposals and of measures related to PDCA aimed at improving ecommerce sales and profitability in either a corporate or agency setting.
    • Broad experience in digital marketing aimed at sales expansion and organizational management experience.
    • Experience in developing and improving business flows and manuals for operational optimization.
    • A positive attitude towards new challenges including ambiguous situations.
    • A proactive approach to maintaining appropriate communication with stakeholders to drive project progress.
