One of the fastestgrowing health supplement brand is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to joint our team and help us continue our growth trajectory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to increase sales and profitability for the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with retailers distributors and other key accounts in the health supplement industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with key decisionmakers
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account satisfaction and customer success
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
Conduct market research and yse industry trends to stay informed and make datadriven decisions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and other relevant data to senior management.
Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics
Manage all aspects of merchandising and in retail
Product training of merchandisers and vitamin managers in retail
Maintain and develop pharmacy wholesale retail as well as cash and carry market
New business development in FMCG
Requirements:
Bachelors degree Marketing or related field
5 years of experience in key account management or sales in the supplement industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication ss
Excellent organizational and timemanagement ss
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office CRM software and Power Point
Willingness to travel as needed
Well presented and articulate individual
