**Job Description:**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced **Mechanical Specialist** in **DiAmmonia Phosphate (DAP)** to join our team. The Mechanical Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment related to DAP production. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background expertise in DAP processes and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Provide technical expertise and support for mechanical systems and equipment used in DAP production processes.
2. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on DAP production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Trouble mechanical issues identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
5. ist in the design installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment for DAP production.
6. Develop and update maintenance procedures work instructions and doentation for mechanical systems.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and environmental requirements in all mechanical operations.
8. Participate in risk essments incident investigations and process improvement initiatives.
9. Provide training and support to operations and maintenance teams on mechanical maintenance best practices.
10. Stay informed about industry trends technological advancements and best practices related to mechanical systems in DAP production.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mechanical role within DAP production or similar industrial settings.
Strong mechanical troubleing and problemsolving ss.
Proficiency in maintenance procedures and mechanical systems optimization.
Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in mechanical operations.
**Language Requirements:**
Native Arabic speaker.
Excellent command of English.
