Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients based on their evolving needs
Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Video Production and Content creators, to deliver high-quality work and exceed client expectations
Act as a client advocate within the organization, championing their needs and priorities to drive customer success and long-term partnerships
Deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of products or services and driving business growth
