Role Overview
This is a fulltime position where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations financials and compliance of 18 sectional title schemes. The role requires proven experience in sectional title management strong financial aen and excellent interpersonal and communication ss.
Requirements
- Experience in property management with a focus on sectional titles.
- Proficiency in WeConnectU and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to chair AGM and trustee meetings including those held after hours.
- Valid drivers license and own transport.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving ss.
- Relevant qualifications in property management will be an advantage.
