Were looking for talented customer service agents to join the Catch Consulting team.
This position is for an international telecommunications client. Ideally were looking for candidates with call centre experience in an industry with a recurring customer base (telecommunications media insurance energy etc.)
Please note youll be working night shifts in this position. We do however arrange transport for all of our employees from their homes to our office (we know its hard getting around at night!)
Requirements
Some baseline experience: Worked in customer service or a call centre environment previously for a minimum of one year.
A team player focus: You care more about the name on the front of the jersey than the name on the back. Were looking for people who take pride in delivering their own work but also lifting up those around them and contributing to team goals.
A desire for growth: Coachable individuals who want to learn want to grow and want to build their careers with catch.
A bit of zen: Sometimes customer service queries can be challenging. Patience and empathy towards customers in difficult situations is a must.
Some attributes we look for: Have a strong attention to detail and are able to follow standard processes. Punctual and reliable. Intermediate computer skills
