Job Description
Hiire is helping an international tech company to hire aTech Leadfor their office in Lisbon.
Weare seeking a talented Tech Lead to join their dynamic productteam. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and track record leadership ss and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary techteam fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersto understand project requirements and deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g. standups sprint planning retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Participating in the hiring process and make decisionsfor their team: from profile definition tech and nontech interviews to final decisions.
- Contribute to technical doentation and knowledgesharing initiatives within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience/background in software development.
- 1 years ofexperience in a lead/mentor role with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
- Motivation to grow in a leadership/business role.
- Strong understanding of software development odologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
- Excellent communication ss with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and CI/CD practices is a plus.
