Job Description
Job Title: Web/App Development Manager
Location: OFallon MO (InOffice)
Job Description:
We are seeking a sed Development Manager to lead a team of application developers through the full software development lifecycle including design development security and testing. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership manage production operations and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of software delivery: design development testing and maintenance.
- Work closely with IT project management to meet schedules and budgets.
- Manage technical projects ensuring solutions are efficient maintainable and secure.
- Lead ysis of business systems for costeffective solutions.
- Maintain operating procedures and security policies ensuring adherence to project management guidelines.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Development Manager.
- Strong knowledge of fullstack web development (HTML CSS JavaScript .NET Core).
- Experience with Microsoft Web API Entity Framework SQL Server.
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS Azure).
- Experience in Unit Testing TDD PHP scripting and mobile app development.
- Strong UI/UX design knowledge and usability.
- Experience managing Jira workloads.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
