Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to ensure teams are working efficiently and aligned with project goals. Track project progress identify blockers and implement strategies to overcome them.
2. Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders including project progress challenges and dependencies.
Ensure clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
3. Dependency Management:
Identify and manage project dependencies to ensure smooth and minimize delays.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project plans and resources.
4. Planning and :
Help create detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Ensure project aligns with technical and business objectives.
5. Technical Oversight:
Maintain a robust understanding of the technical aspects involved in the projects to provide effective technical guidance and oversight.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing technical projects preferably in data processing machine learning platform development and application development. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Agile odologies and tools.
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar frameworks.
Experience with data processing technologies such as Apache Spark Hadoop or similar frameworks.
Experience with application development including web and mobile applications.
2. Ss:
Strong communication and interpersonal ss to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Technical background in engineering or a related field to understand project requirements and challenges.
Ability to identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Asana Trello or similar tools.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git SVN or similar systems.

Required Ss: Understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization. Should have done at least 2 implementations using at least one of the best-in-cl supply chain software tools (e.g. O9 ) or custom built supply chain planning applications involving advanced algorithms (AI/ML). 3 years to 7 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning domain with technology exposure. Flexibility to work on any supply chain technology. Appropriate training would be provided if you would need to work on a different technology than what you have experience in. Excellent communication and interpersonal ss to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting ytical and Problem-solving ss along with self-motivation to excel Meticulous planning ss with attention to detail and multi-tasking ss Ability to drive projects in a matrix management environment that includes influencing, efficiency, collaboration, candor, and openness with a focus on results orientation Ability to yze large amount of data; R, Python, SQL knowledge is preferred. Personal Attributes: Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Strong planning and organizing ss including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. Excellent communication ss with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. Good influencing and persuasion ss with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and ess when to escalate issues. Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach. Interest in learning supply chain software tools. Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.
