Program Overview:
A 6month rigorous training program focusing on teaching odologies student psychology and subject matter expertise.
Faculties must remain attentive throughout the training to ensure they are fully prepared to teach.
Regular study materials will be provided to ensure continuous learning along with weekly tests to ess progress.
The program is structured into three distinct stages:
Beginner (Score < 50%): Focus on comprehensive learning of study materials.
Intermediate (Score 5080%): Engage with study materials and interact with students for 2 hours daily.
Pro (Score > 80%): Lead student interactions for 34 hours daily.
Program Requirements by Subject:
Mathematics:
Proficiency in AlgebraCalculus Trigonometry and Geometry.
Ability to break down complex mathematical problems into digestible parts.
Strong logical reasoning and ytical ss.
Bachelors degree (minimum) in Mathematics or related field.
Teaching experience or competitive exam preparation background is an advantage.
