Objective :
- Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance
- Manage multiple project teams ensuring program goals are reached
Responsibilities
- Overall Incharge of the program with direct responsibility of client management program profitability/growth requirements onsite team management and quality control
- Be the single point of contact for Tavant for the customer and provide thought leadership and daytoday engagement for the client.
- Build a strong relationship with customer and assist program steering committee
- Recommends strategies policies and procedures by evaluating requirements; identifying problems; evaluating trends
- Develop & review project schedules and monitors project / program plan ensuring progress is within expected guidelines ontime and within planned budget
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope risk and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Establish and maintain project communications. Identify track monitor and communicate projectrelated issues escalations scope changes variances and contingencies arising during program/ project implementation
- Set project quality and performance standards for all deliverables
- Build and develop a strong onsite team and drive knowledge sharing and learning from project experiences
- Ensure key projectwide roles and responsibilities are defined
- Maintain team by recruiting selecting orienting and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
- Maintain organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing Tavant projects
