About the Role
We are looking for a smart fresher who is out of college. Most important aspect of this role is three things.
- He/she should have the logic to do the things and work independently.
- Marketing mindset.
- Ability to learn tools by themselves.
We are a no code development startup based in Seattle WA. We primarily work with different tools like Webflow Airtable Xano etc and we are looking to hire a GTM expert. Our GTM techniques are mostly based on several AI tools. So we need someone who is smart and open to try everything and work individually. Most importantly this is the era of AI and the person should have the capacity to learn the uses of new AI tools. He/she should be able to come up with new ideas which can be used for outreaching. We are looking for a person who isinterested in outbound marketing and has the capacity to learn the tools by his/her own.
Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST Monday to Friday (Fully Remote)
Type of Internship: Paid
Package: 10k/month as a stipend during 6 months internship & if hired Rs 2.4 lakhs per annum plus Bonus. Upon successfully completing thisinternship program you will be considered for a full time position with us solely based on your performance during the internship period.
Expectations
- Growth mindset youre a fast learner who isreflective getsfeedback and gets better very fast.
- Exposure to marketing it means being a marketer for a company or event in college or anything.
- Ability to learn email marketing tools like Apollo Instantly La Growth Machine etc. Eagernessto learn new AI tools and ability to make use of it as per our need.
- Additional bonus if the person has expertise in GTM tools like Clay instantly Phantom Buster Apify etc.
- Ability to handle all types of leads through different sources (SEO Webflow experts Slack channels and others).
- High level of awareness and emotional intelligence is a must.
- Strong business acumen. Better if the person has prior experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships anticipating change adjusting priorities accordingly and working effectively as a team.
- Person should be very good in creating communication pipelines especially email pipelines and generate new leads.
- Ability to research the latest in the no code industry especially with different tools in the market and create new opportunities to expand business.
- You can do solid research youre data driven and yet you dont overcomplicate things. You are consultative and able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industries sizes and life cycles.
- Selfstarter comfortable with some ambiguity demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly and be a creative problem solver for the team.
- You have an ability to test concepts fast finding lean ways of doing this.
- You embody a growth mindset and seek out opportunities to constantly learn and grow.
- Extreme curiosity about the nocode tools and its ability to handle different industries and your customer s stories/project.
- Strong operational mindset eager to build processes for yourself and the team to maximise productivity.
- Youre very organized and structured. You are a strong communicator you can get what you need from people and get the point across.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are very efficient with your time resources and ways of working.
